The Auditorium Sound Team runs the mixing board for church events held in the auditorium.

The Bookstore Team operates the Tolle Lege Bookstore on Sunday mornings.

Volunteers provide childcare for parents taking the Explore Class on Sunday mornings. The Explore Class runs 4 times a year, in 10-week sessions. Volunteers serve on Sunday mornings from 8:15am-9:45am.

The Kitchen team prepares and serves food for Tuesday Night classes and other church events throughout the year.

The Lighting team operates the lighting system for church meetings held in the auditorium.

Meeting Administrators ensure the building is set-up and the meetings run smoothly on Sunday mornings and other church events.

The Medical team provides medical care and triage during the service. Medical team volunteers serve on Sunday per month. Prior training is required.

The Projection team produces visual media for Sunday meetings and special events. Volunteers serve 3 months per year.

Record Crossway (Recording Team) digitally records the worship and Sunday messages and uploads them to the website. Volunteers serve 4 months per year.

The Set-Up team prepares the building for Sunday Service and assists pedestrians in the parking lot. Volunteers serve on Sunday per month from 9am-10:15am.

The Usher Team facilitates the church service by assisting members, taking up the offering, administering communion, and assisting in the case of emergency.

The Video Production team provides live TV production to those who can’t be in the auditorium. Volunteers help one Sunday per month, from 9:30-12pm.

The Welcome Team greets guests and visitors on Sunday mornings, answers guest questions at the Welcome Desk, and staffs the Guest Reception after service. Volunteers serve on Sundays before service, starting at 9:30am, during the break, and after the service for 30 minutes. Each volunteer serves 8-10 times a year.

To join the Worship Team, you will need to complete an online application and have a musical interview with Doug.

The Worship Team helps lead worship on Sunday mornings. However, there are more opportunities than just Sunday morning worship team:

1. For vocalists, Choirs occur at least 3-4 times a year that are open to the congregation. We are looking for people to set up and serve in that way if they have skill with vocals. No worship team interview needed to serve in this capacity.

2. We are always looking for particular talents that might not necessarily fit in a worship team, such as a classically trained vocalist or pianist, etc. that could be useful in more occasional, “special music” slots, during an offering, etc. Folks who are interested in sharing a “non-Worship team” musical talent should contact Doug for further assessment to whether they could be tapped for other musical slots.

3. There is a need for folks to help with children’s worship on Sunday morning. If you are interested in this, please contact Doug at [email protected].

The Camping Team plans and runs our annual Father/Daughter Campout in the Spring and Father/Son Campout in the Fall.

The Cleaning Team maintains the appearance of the church building. We are looking for people to commit to cleaning the church every other week, for 1.5-2 hours. Times are flexible.

Event Audio runs the mixing board for church events held in the lobby.

The Farm Team serves on the property every 2nd Saturday of the month. The team completes various tasks, including the following: routine handyman, maintenance and improvements of buildings, carpentry, painting, tree trimming, and event participation.

The Gardening Team maintains the appearance of the flower beds. Volunteers serve 1-1.5 hours per week from May-October. Times are flexible.

The Mowing Team is in charge of mowing and trimming the church grounds. Volunteers serve every 3rd week for 1-2 hours, from April-October. Times are flexible.

The Snow Team handles the following: snow cleaning with power equipment, hand shoveling, and salting.

Tuesday Night Kids Club volunteers provide childcare for Tuesday night class attendees from 6:15-9:15pm. There are three 9-week sessions per year.

The Tuesday Night Set-Up Team prepares the building for Tuesday night classes, and tears down afterwards. The times are Tuesday from 4:30-5:30pm and 9-9:30pm. Dinner is provided.

Wedding Coordinators assist engaged couples with their wedding, particularly as it relates to the use of the building and overseeing the wedding day. Prior experience is required.

There are a variety of ways member ladies can get involved and serve.
